Question paper leak: Odisha constable test cancelled

The examination, which was arranged for Sunday morning, the written examination for the recruitment of constables in the State Police  was cancelled after reports regarding sale of question papers and answer sheets of the test from several places in the state.
The examination was cancelled after news report from Kendrapara published in Odia daily `Prameya’ indicated that some of the objective type questions were leaked a day before the examination.
The decision was taken at a high level meeting convened by Director General of Police (DGP) Sanjiv Marik after reports were received from several places about the sale of copies of the question paper along with answer sheets.
Nearly 40,000 candidates had applied for the 1,300-odd posts of constables
